On returning the entry form the participant (player) accepts all conditions of the tournament stated in the entry form and submits to the requirements of Tennis Europe as well as to the rules and regulations of WTB/DTB.

Cat. U14: For official national squads lunch and dinner until last
member of the squad is eliminated. Cat. U16: For national squads “free hospitality“ in shared rooms for Main Draw Players until last member of the squad is eliminated (official national team consisting of players with one official accredited coach) and for other Main Draw players free hospitality until elimination. Important note: Players with free hospitality have to pay their hotel bill first and will then get a refund after presenting the players hotel bill (to the Tournament Management). Players Party for all participants. Use of club swimming pool. |

| Rules and Conditions: | All matches are played according to the rules of Tennis Europe and ITF as well as to the tournaments statutes of DTB. Winning of two sets is decisive. Tie-break regulations (ITF-Rule 6b) for all age groups are applied. U16 plays main draw and consolation draw. Each player is obliged to act as a chair umpire if asked for by one of the members of the Tournament Committee. Matches may also begin or be continued on a covered court. Tennis clothing is compulsory. |
