There is a limited number of players for each age group. If exceeded, qualification may be played. The tournament committee reserves its rights to change conditions, to cancel competitions because of insufficiant number of players, as well as to reject nominations.

On returning the entry form the participant (player) accepts all conditions of the tournament stated in the entry form and submits to the rules and regulations of the WTB/DTB. The entry fee has to be paid at sign-in.

Rules and Conditions: Applicants need to be a member of a german club belonging to DTB. Other applications can only be accepted by special excempt of the Tournament Comittee.
All matches are played according to the rules of ITF and DTB/WTB. Winning of two sets is decisive. Tie-break regulations (ITF-Rule 6b) for all age groups are applied. In U12 and U18, a ‘match tie-break (up to 10 points) is played instead of a possible 3rd set. In U08, U09 and U10 “short sets” (up to 4 games) will be played in preliminary groups of up to 4 players – a regular tie-break (up to 7 points) is played instead of a possible 3rd set. U12 plays main draw and consolation draw.
Each player is obliged to act as a chair umpire if asked for by one of the members of the Tournament Committee. Matches may also begin or be continued on a covered court. Tennis clothing is compulsory.
Other Regulations: Each participant (player) acknowledges the use of his/her personnel data (including photographs) for further handling or information with regard to management or organization of this tournament.
The parents (or legal guardian) will be responsible and liable for their child’s health and the participation in the tournament is performed at their child’s own risk.
